HAMDEN, CT June 27, 2009 – Dr. Eugene Redmond, MD, RxGen scientist and co-founder, and Director of St. Kitts Biomedical Research Foundation, will be speaking at at the Teratology Society annual meeting, being held in San Juan, Puerto Rico June 27 – July 1, 2009. Dr. Redmond will be presenting work related to further characterization of the St. Kitts African green monkey as non-human primate model for developmental and reproductive toxicology. Data to be presented additionally highlight animal husbandry and methodological approaches that optimize animal wellbeing, reproductive health and study outcomes.
